Led by Principal Structural Engineer Gareth Bradley, whose career spans over 25 years and multiple continents, Novus brings together a team of professionals dedicated to merging technical expertise with real-world practicality. From complex offshore facilities to high-rise developments and bespoke residential structures, we approach every project with a commitment to safety, sustainability, and enduring performance.

Our Beginning
Novus Engineering began with a simple idea — that structural design could be smarter, clearer, and more responsive to the evolving needs of modern construction. What started as a small consultancy has grown into a trusted name across Queensland and beyond, known for delivering detailed, compliant, and cost-effective solutions across concrete, steel, timber, and advanced composite structures.
Our early work in bespoke residential design and light commercial construction soon expanded into large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects, including contributions to landmark developments such as Queens Wharf and the Gold Coast Casino. Each milestone strengthened our belief that true value lies not just in engineering excellence, but in transparent communication and strong relationships.
Today, Novus continues to evolve — integrating innovation with reliability.
